I just, admittedly, searched for my name on Google (so vain!) and this came up. So... how fortuitous.
Anyway, how about books? I like talking about books.
I'm currently reading through a book of essays by Wendell Berry called "The Art of the Commonplace" (I think you'd really appreciate these, Justin). I'm also almost finished with "A Short History of Nearly Everything" by Bill Bryson (it's basically a primer on the history of scientific inquiry... a great journalistic approach to almost every major scientific discipline).
Next on the docket: "The Art of Power" by Thich Nhat Hanh (Zen Buddhist writer) and "Inherent Vice" by Thomas Pynchon (one of my new favorite writers).
Otherwise: I recently moved to a new apartment with Sadie, which is pretty awesome (the building was built in 1886), and I've been riding my bike everywhere. Beside that, I'm finishing up school at DePaul (American Studies) and working in the English department.
That's that!
P.S. - To anyone: feel free to call me! I deleted all my internet social networking accounts to cultivate more personal interaction, so I would greatly appreciate a phone call (or a visit!) at any time!
