what's up with me.. I'm still doing bat genetics/field work for US Forest Service, going to sit in on/participate in a class about museum curating and biological-specimen-preparing-and-keeping this semester ... hm. I'm moving for the second time since moving to Columbia, next week, to a house out in the country...looking forward to milking a couple of goats, caring for a few chickens, making wine out of wild plums, and finding the mountain lion whose tracks I found by a creek that runs through the property
I'm interested to learn about particles, their behaviors, and the math language that describes them, the nature of the elements and chemical compounds, cell types and functions, living species, their evolution, and their habitats and life histories.
None of that.....artsy-fartsy stuff (okay, I'll admit to have been working on making baskets).
Seriously, though.
Life is way too interesting for me to be unnecessarily sitting in front of a screen. I'll do it again, some time, and maybe find out how you're doing.
