My dearest Carey,
I hope all is well with ya'll (I still think Granger is a hottie). Seems every other hurricane heads towards you guys. I was in Montserrat when Dennis came at you. That being said I will update you with the goings on. I have started my student teaching at Annandale Terrace Elementary School with 1st graders. I'm pretty sure I'm smarter than half the class. I'll be getting married (again) next July in Montserrat (of course you're invited, duh). John Landau and his wife bought a home in London and have recently renovated it. Part of the renovation included the building of a studio. He and a partner have started a label and have signed their first band. Norman Thorne is going to have another back surgery. He is in constant pain and hopes the second surgery will provide relief, though he has his doubts. The only thing that distracts him from his pain is playing his drums. MERGE's old bass player John Gaffney traded his funky ways to compose dark/gothic compositions. He has been signed by some goth-esk label. My music... well my music is always lurking in the background, only heard by me. I haven't sung in public for 2 years now. Sometimes I record ideas into my 'puter, and there they stay. I turned 40 on our latest birthday and took up playing a Native American bass flute. Now that I'm 40 you must be what...27, 28? Anyway, I hope all is well.
