My girlfriend of allmost 3 year's has been leading me down wrong path about breakup since late feb.06. telling me it's not fair to me that she does not have time for us, & that she under alot of stress from drugie son(22) that is way depressed & lives with her. So i got all the info. i could on depression he's in & talked to councilor's for us & him. All this time i have asked her are you giveing up on our relationship, and she say's NO WAY, that she is just confused. So 3 week's ago she tell's me she's been on 2 date's with some guy & she want's to keep dateing. That crushed me , but she assured me she was not in love or intamite with him, so i asked her to give me a chance sinse that was new's to me! I never saw that comeing and all along i was working on what she had been telling me what was bothering her with the stress thing & son. So she told me that night here & my house that she would work on us with me & told me she loved me. Next morning i got a card & rose & wrote in it , thank you 4 being honest to me & that i would show her i can love her like no other man can & was going to plan something speacial 4 us & to let me know when she was available. No call or never came by wend. ti'll thurs. morning she called me & said honey thank's 4 the card & rose, but i have to work over the weekend & dont know when i'll have time. I asked her if she went out with that guy last night & she said yes dinner & a movie & that she was gunna keep dateing him! That just killed me! while she was saying she want's to be my freind & still do thing's together i told her i cant take this enymore & hung up. I've lost 15lb's through this whole ordeal & cant sleep, work is suffering, & she act's as if this breakup is no big deal for her. Have'nt herd from her in 2 week's, & last night i was going out to dinner with (husband & wife) friends of mine, and when i opened the door, her & this guy were sitting thier waiting to be seated for dinner, & i just staired @ her & she at me. She never said a word! After like 30 sec. i put out my hand to the guy & said i'm Brian & he shook my hand & said i'm john. She staired at me all the time & another 15 sec. i said to her , so this is what this has been all about this whole time, to be with someone else & lye to me & keep me hang'n on. They both sat there & never said a word. 30 SEC later i just walked out & we went somewhere else.This whole thing has devistated me & i never saw it comeing from her ever, up untill late feb.I have had to figure this whole thing out on my own, & am strugling right know with all the emotion's i've been through, what's the best way for me to let it all go & move on? The restarant ordeal was just last night. Thank you for eny help on this mess i'm in! Brian
