A quick solution is to make yourself busy for a few days, if she asked you to lunch say you have got some plans, and you cannot talk about it. If she likes you a hell of a lot after 3 days or so, she will come and pester you, at that moment tell her you will meet her after work over a drink. Then you tell her straigth I like you, but the situation is driving you nuts, becaause I want more than freindship. It will either be voila or back to being mates but you will then know where you stand for sure.
