Hah. I've seen it so often in films & comics. No body = character isn't dead!
Mind you, I'm more inclined to believe it coming from AC.
I must say that I don't like the way comics are going. There is far too much killing going on in Marvel and DC. They've forgotten that comics are actually intended for children.
When I was a lad, things were different, and circulations were a lot higher than now.
I hope AC comics can keep comics entertaining without following the modern trends.
