In regards to the issue of copyright and violations of the item in question, please refrain from using pictures from that sites have clear copyright warnings. If using your own picture (one that you hold original copyright), make sure to watermark it properly. There are methods to protecting your photographic intellectual property, use them. If you've purchased the use of a photo and are posting it, please denote that in your post, along with credit. I personally don't know if purchasing pictures from sources like REX Photos or the AP will give you reprint rights if you don't happen to be a publication. ********************************************************* In addition I have been yet reminded again by the copyright holder in question to refer to Boardhost's policy on posting copyrighted materials on their boards. I guess at this point if you want to post pictures to illustrate a point, do so with a link to where the picture is located.
