Although taste is always is something you cannot argue about, for me itīs astonishing to see that it is possible to transform a beautiful jewel into something else
The bandeau is definitely a copy of Cartier tiara of Queen Elisabeth of Belgium without the garland frame. Difficult to say if itīs Cartier, too.
