Thank you to Martina and both Johns! I am not sure why I have kept reading this thread, since it was also a mystery to me. The magazine is not available here, the Vorsten website certainly did not help, and not until I saw the black and white photo did I have any inkling of what was being discussed. It's a lovely tiara, and I guess that in itself prompted me to continue trying to figure this out! Now I know it was simply a question of who made the tiara and in what country.
