I contacted Bentley and Skinner about this, and they also believe that the tiara being worn is a match for the one that they currently have in stock.
They are currently trying to contact who they purchased it from, to track down the original owner and provenance.
They were very interested to know that it was, very possibly, worn to the 1937 coronation.
