This Diamond and Ruby Parure was given to Princess Beatrice on her wedding day.
Here are Ursula's fantastic pages on the tiara and parure: http://www.royal-magazin.de/england/queen-victoria/Victoria-strawberry-l-tiara.htm

: On page 43, Hugh Roberts writes that in her
: widowhood Queen Victoria ". . .almost
: invariably wore only diamonds or pearls,
: avoiding coloured stones..."
:
: For Princess Louise's wedding on 21 Mar
: 1871, Queen Victoria wrote in her journal
: "I word a black satin dress trimmed
: with jet, on my head over my veil, my
: diamond & ruby Tiara & my Parure to
: match."
:
: Can anyone provide details on this
: particular parure? I believe that it was a
: gift of Prince Albert as the Queen wore
: rubies and diamonds on such a momentous day
: in her daughter's life.
