It's not coral that you might think...it's "angel skin" coral which is much paler than the normal orange color that we are a costumed to see but it still has little orange in it... I am sure it's that coral

It can't be a pearl because even "baroque" pearls do not come in that shape.... It tapers on both ends... 
The earrings are old...QS normally wears them with ruby drops
