Lorenzo I thought you were refering to the Diamond Hessian tiara loaned to a sister of the groom at Benedikte of Denmark & Richard zu Sayn wedding (1968) due to its similarity with that of Lady Elizabeth Anson. I 'll try to find the close-up of this group foto, I 've filed it somewhere :
