FIRST - Lady Leonora Mary Grosvenor, daughter of the 5th Duke of Westminster married on 8 March 1975, Patrick Anson 5th Earl of Lichfield and became Countess of Lichfield.
The couple were divorced in 1986. Lord Lichfield, a famous and world wide acknowledged photographer, passed away in November 2005.
It seems Countess of Lichfield wore the tiare like a necklace at the private party for Elizabeth II's 80th birthday.
