QD: Duchess of Teck's tiara loaned to Duchess of Cornwall

According to page 122 of The Queen's Diamonds, the Duchess of Teck's wild rose and crescent tiara was loaned to the Duchess of Cornwall.

So far - to my knowledge - we've only seen Camilla with the Delhi Durbar and the Boucheron Greville tiara. Does anyone know of the occasion on which DoC wore the Duchess of Teck's tiara?
