Then HRH needed The Queen's permission to give the late QEQM's diamond ring to his fiancée? Or is it possible, that The Prince of Wales has 'free access' to his grandmother's jewels though? Might it be, that The Duchess of Cornwall's engagement ring is 'only' a loan??? I mean, that it can't be herited to f.e. her eldest grandson for his future bride?
