Susanne Vind does not hold a position at the court - she is walking alongside the Lord Chamberlain's wife (the L C being at work of cause).
So my guess is that Erik Vind was an attaché to someone in the Chinese delegation (E V is a chamberlain (kammerherre) and sometimes they are asked to help out at events at court).
