I decided that this week I am going to clean up my "brooches etc" file. I have found pictures or portraits from Queen Victoria up to the present of each queen wearing The Garter on her arm, with the exception of Queen Alexandra. Does anyone have evidence that she actually wore The Garter in this manner?
