This is what I have on the crown of Queen Adelaide, from 2 sources, and The Crown Jewels 1998 says -
“Victoria herself wore Queen Adelaide’s Grand or Regal Diadem in processing to her Coronation, as her self-portrait reveals. Sitwell noted in the 1860s the Diadem was popularly known as Anne Boleyn’s Crown, ....”
It seems Queen Adelaide went to her coronation bare headed and all queen consorts have done the same since.
