I donīt think I have seen Queen Elizabeth wear this ruby hibiscus flower brooch before - though I seem to remember there being a brooch of the late QEQM worn in Australia in 2006.
Itīs a lovely brooch.
As for the flower petal brooch, I didnīt recognize it from previous pictures. I am surprised it has been worn for such an important event as the engagement, yet nothing is known about it. Probably old?
