We usually think there is another Cullinan (V?) on the band of the Regal Circlet.
I find it quite curious that the Royal Collection captions sometimes call that head ornament (Queen Victoria's Regal Circlet) the Koh-i-Noor tiara or diadem.
Actually there is great inconsistency in the standards and styles of the captions I have seen, which suggests to me that batches of photos have been given to various people at various times to write up captions - without a reference document of standards to refer to.
A heck of a lot of editing is needed.
Another thought about editing is that I would not use the expression "in the present reign" or similar.
That is to set up another heck of a lot of editing one day. "In the reign of Queen Elizabeth II" would work fine right now.
