Posted by Bob I believe you are incorrect in calling Andrew and Edward's titles as courtesy titles. I believe they are in fact substantive titles. If they were only courtesy titles, their children would not bear the title (e.g.: Beatrice, Princess of York, and (correctly) Louise, Princess of Wessex
