The "new" Bernadottetiara

I had a meeting at the Royal Palace today with one of the senior courtiers and learned some things about the tiara CP Victoria wore in Luxembourg last weekend that I thought you would like to know

The tiara is not a new one. It has been at the Palace for over a 100 years. It belongs to the same set as the "Cut steel" tiara and has like the other piece no diamonds but it is still very sparkly. When I asked why it has not been seen before the answer was: "There are other pieces as well that has not been seen in public before".
