I think the brooch that fit into a necklace that Royal Magazin was talking about was the sautoir necklace that can be broken down into the bandeau and a brooch not the crescent shaped necklace/tiara.
According to Bijoux Royaux en Folie, the crescent shaped necklace tiara was made in 1915 but the other pieces were made in 1930 all by Chaumet. Let me know if I'm reading that correctly, that page is in French so I had to use Google translate. It also says that the necklace/tiara has been sold and was part of the Faerber collection before being sold again. If the crescent necklace was made in 1915 then Infante Alfonso would have been only 14. So even though it was worn with the other rubies it was not really part of that parure. Perhaps is was a stock piece made in 1915 but Infante Alfonso didn't buy it until later when he was having Chaumet create a parure from Queen Maria Christina's rubies.

And then Royal Magazin's description of the pieces sold at auction only mention the 1930 jewels not the crescent necklace/tiara which I guess was sold at a different time.
That brings us to knowing that the ruby and sapphire parures have both been sold with only the pearl parure as an unknown.
