No, it's definitely not the aquamarine brooch, which is larger and has a different shape and style.
I'd say it's an emerald brooch on Princess Sibylla indeed, one which I don't recall seeing before. The setting at an angle and square shape of the center stone reminds me of the emerald parure now in Norway... perhaps a connection?
