The elder lady (to the left) is Princess Kristine Bernadotte, widow of Prince Carl Bernadotte, who was a younger brother of the late Crown Princess Märtha of Norway and Queen Astrid of the Belgians (both née Princesses of Sweden). He lost his style and title of Prince when he married a commoner, but was created Prince Bernadotte by the Belgian King. Princess Kristine was his third wife, she was originally Norwegian, and has much contact with her Norwegian nephew´s family.
Next to her is Madeleine Kogevinas (née Countess Madeleine Bernadotte), who is the only child of the above mentioned Prince Carl Bernadotte from his first marriage.
The two ladies are both wearing tiaras, though sadly they are hard to see.
