Princess Alexandrine inherited the tiara from her Mother. Marianne of the Netherlands got it as a wedding gift. As far I know it was given by her father-in-law, King Friedrich Wilhelm III. of Prussia. Why his daughter Luise at her marriage with Frederik of the Netherlands and his daughter-in-law got identical tiaras I donīt know.
