No the brooch is the small round sapphire flower brooch that HM wore a lot in the early years of her marriage, including her honeymoon pictures and for the Christening pictures of Princess Anne.
This brooch has been called both a "Sapphire Chrysanthemum Brooch" and a "Blue Daisy Brooch".
It has never been included in any of the palace's exhibitions, or in any literature since it was briefly mentioned in Field.
