Just like Princess Theodora was lent the turquoise flower tiara...Queen Margrethe could have lent Nathalie maybe Baden Palmette tiara because Alexandra was lent that tiara few times 
I was surprised to see floral tiara on Alexandra the 2nd day also..I thought she would wear star pearl tiara...because she has worn it much more than her sister. This is why I assumed that Alexandra would inherit star tiara and NAthalie the floral one.
