Fürstin Margareta wore the same tiara at the wedding of Princess Alexandra & Count Jefferson. Princess Tatiana didn't wear a tiara at this event.
I think that the tiara design used to be rather popular. The Bavarian family for example have a similar tiara of alternating flowers and fleur-de-lys. So I really have no idea if it might have been the same tiara or not.
