Mostly it's impossible for us to know who has a genuine claim to copyright anyway. So much has been recycled around the internet for so long.
Fair discussion must be allowed to continue. Luckily we have a good standard of behaviour here most of the time - and many of us vigorously defend it, striving to keep it that way.
