No I don't think so. She has not worn the round brooch with the sapphire replaced for an emerald, to my knowledge.
I believe you are refering to the brooch she was wearing with the black and green outfit that made her look Wilhelmina-esk while pregnant. The oval shaped open work brooch has a small square or emerald cut Emerald in the center and a pear shaped emerald pendant set in diamonds.
Queen Juliana and her daughters have worn this piece. Quite unclear where this piece fits in.
