    I wouldn't agree with it being gifted to the Queen. There's no reason other than celebratory sentiment, and that to me is not justified in this instance.

    Personally I feel that HM has received her fair share of Australian gems, some of which have not been seen in decades due to their design. By all means, re-model at will.

    And definitly not the State Coach Britannia. It may have been built in Australia but it is not an Australian coach and incorporates materials extracted from Britain.

    I'd much rather see it travel throughout various museums in Australia and then take up permanent display perhaps in Perth or Canberra as a gift to the people of Australia than see it sold off to some frivolous businessman or celebrity. Though no doubt that is exactly what shall happen.
