all the news sources are saying Milla wore jewelry by Jacob & Co....she's done some print ads for them in the past.....can't find definite proof that the ring is the real thing, but i would guess if you're going to borrow major jewelry you would borrow the whole look.....sure is gorgeous - real or fake!
