According to Leslie Fields, she does have only the one, and it was created for her wedding. Any extant tiaras which Princess Marina had were either given to her daughter-in-law as a wedding present (the small diamond one to Katharine) or left to her two sons. Evidently it was tradition that the daughter didn't receive a lot of jewelry as an inheritance. --Previous Message-- : : I think there has been a bit of mix up here. : On the left is Princess Louise, Duchess of : Fife who is wearing a laurel leaf tiara. : Quickly checked in Munn but I do not know : where that tiara is today. : On the right is Princess Victoria and I do : not recognise her small head ornament. : I think Princess Alexandra of Kent has only : the one tiara which has been described well : above and was created from small flowers she : had. : : : : : --Previous Message-- : Here is one pic of Princess Alexandra : wearing : the original flowers mounted on a band for : Nigeria's independence festivities in 1960: : : : : : : --Previous Message-- : Thanks, Boris.
