Thank you, Tamara! I simply hadn't connected these two pairs of earrings. Interesting that you can't see where the bottom cabochon ruby gets attached. Queen Silvia also wore the ruby version during the recent visit of the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall to Sweden.
