As for the Spencer family tiara, only daughters (and daughter-in-law) of the Earl Spencer get to wear the family tiara as a bridal diadem. All Sarah, Jane, Diana and Victoria (the current Earl's first wife) wore that tiara at their weddings.
It follows as the daughters of the current Earl Spencer, his four daughters would eventually wear the tiara when they marry (if the Spencer tiara is their choice of family tiaras to wear).
The 8th Earl Spencer only had one sister but I am not sure if Lady Anne did wear the Spencer tiara or another tiara at her wedding, though.
