I have listed the tiara you described as 'a diamond band' as "Queen's Mary's Diamond Collet and Laurel-Wreath Motif Bandeau"; although I know nothing if it's provenance or current whereabouts

As for the second tiara that you listed, I must admit I have never seen this before; to me it appears to be a small floral tiara; but again I have no knowledge of its provenance or current whereabouts.

In terms of who to ask, as Hugh Roberts is now the semi-retired ex-Director of the Royal Collection; it would perhaps be better to write to Caroline de Guitaut (one of the curators of decorative arts at the Royal Collection), or to write to the Royal Archives directly, asking them to look if there is any information in Queen Mary's Jewellery Inventory (RA JEWELS/GARRARD/QM) or Queen Mary's photographic inventories (RA QM/PRIV/CC93; RA QM/PRIV/CC94; RA QM/PRIV/CC95) concerning these pieces. They always reply to all formally written enquiries and usually endeavour to help as much as they can.

    : Dear Boffer,
    :
: - The diamond band is this one (The panel is
: from our dear Nellie who made an incredible
    : work !):
    :
    :
    :
: - The small diamond tiara worn as a Duchess
: of York (The photos are from the forum

    :
: To me only the Queen Mary's Filigree tiara,
: the lozenge tiara (Quasi sure) and the
: laurel leaves tiara might be in the royal
    : collection.
    :
: The lozenge tiara might have been bought by
: Queen Mary in order to remplace the vladimir
: tiara or the lovers's knot ones. (Like the
: bandeaud she bought in 1925 and set with the
    : Cambridge emeralds)
    :
    :
: What do yo think ? Do you think it can be
: asked to Sir Hugh Roberts ?

: Could you please post images of the tiaras
    : you
: are referring to, when you mention:
    : - The diamond band
: - The small diamond tiara worn as a Duchess
    : of York
    :
: I would be interested to know which ones
    : these refer to exactly.

    : Dear all of you,
    :
: We now know that most of tiaras owned by
: Queen Mary were used to create others
: jewels. Therefore I have made a list of the
: tiaras that we have no information.
    :
    : - The Queen Mary's filigree tiara
: - The pearl and diamond lozenge tiara
    : (loaned to Princess Margaret)
: - The Laurel leaves tiara
    : - The diamond band
: - The small diamond tiara worn as a Duchess
    : of York
    :
: - The pear-shaped pearls and diamond in the
: form of a bouquet of forget not knots
    : aigrette
: - The feather diamond aigrette from the
    : groom.
    :
: I am convinced that the aigrettes have been
    : used for others jewels.
    :
: It would be interesting to know what
    : happened to theses tiaras,
