I did I quick look into the flowers of Greenland and found the following ... I would say that the flowers in the tiara are inspired by the looks of them e.g. the shape, petals and stamen
Niviarsiaq (Scattered around the tiara)
Greenlandic Bluebell (Found at the front of the tiara)
