Those are the Duchess of Gloucester's wedding gifts, not the Queen Mother's.
Do we know anything about the pendant brooch on the bottom? It is shown in Roberts on page 113 in the photo of Queen Mary's inventory along with jewels which were mostly wedding gifts.
