There was an official inventory made for Probate reasons when the bequest was made, this is now in the Royal Archives, however it has never been published.
We can only guess and speculate which pieces were Greville Jewels and which of Mrs. Greville's jewels were inherited but have never been seen.
There is no way of knowing unless someone at some point publishes the compressive inventory. Or has access to the Royal Archives, however the general policy with the archives is that material post-1935 is sealed unless under exceptional circumstances; and sadly the bequest was made in 1942.
