The necklace and the top of the Persepolis brooch are a leaf of the Spanish weddinggift tiara with the green stones. There is the story that these were replaced by the nuns who owned the tiara before it was given to Fabiola so im not certain the green stone is a emerald or a fake. The drop on the brooch has a different colour and look to it in the close ups i've seen of that event so im not sure it is an emerald either. It could very well be another stone.
Im not sure if Fabiola has any of the Swedish emeralds of her mother-in-law. Astrid did own a cross with emeralds but Fabiola has never been seen with it (neither have her sisters-in-law) so that piece may not have been left to any of her children.
I do believe Fabiola has Astrid emerald necklace/tiara but chosen not to wear it.
