These are obviously different necklaces. Regarding Princess Diana's necklace (and pair of earrings and bracelet, too, that were worn with it in that picture), there are not enough information out there on the origin of them. Just a diamond and emerald necklace and matching pair of earrings and bracelet.
I am sure there is some information about QEII's necklace and pair of earrings somewhere.
