No, I do not know the origin of the tiara, but concerning the sapphires and diamonds necklace I know that it's part of a demi-parure which includes the earrings. In the late eighties and early nineties, both Queen Anne and Princess Margarita of Romania wore the set of jewels at official evenings. Queen Anne wore it at King Constantine II 's 50th birthday in London in June 1990 (I remember a small photo on ¡HOLA! magazine). In recent years the sapphires set has disappeared, either it belonged to the Danish mother of the Queen and it was sold after her mother's death, or I don't know.
