That's actually the same pearl necklace - worn with the diamond clasp on the side at the Opening of Parliament and with the clasp in front at the gala of her 'Mentor Foundation' in Washington. Those pearls are historic and in fact very special: It's Queen Josefina's three-row necklace from the early 19th century.
