The first sighting of this second modern emerald set (also consisting of matching necklace, bracelet and earrings) was in April 2002 during a state visit to Slovakia – see a few pics from that occasion below. That’s according to my notes, but does your pic posted above have a date? Must have been in 2002/03 as well.
