Actually Boris, I'm a "she" and yes I confess I did it some years ago by trimming two photocopies and gluing them together. and I still have the original! Ah, if only I'd not shared it with a "friend" who let is escape onto the internet. Once out there it can never be retrieved into captivity and privacy!
