As far as I know, it's still in the Bulgarian RF, after all King Simeon II has always been in comfortable economic situation, and lately some properties were returned to him.
What is more, he was prime minister of Bulgaria for several years and even if the salary of the PM of that country is not as "generous" as the one of Its Italian counterpart, I think that his finances are better than some years ago, so he does not need to sell the family jewels, IMO.
