In Angela Kelly's book, on page 91 one will notice a ring with one large diamond and one large pearl (with diamond set shoulders).

This is the same ring that was presented to Queen Mary as a wedding present in 1893 from her brothers TRHs The Princes Adolphus, Alexander and Francis of Teck.

Here are my notes on this ring:

Queen Mary’s Wedding Gift Pearl Ring

In 1893, Queen Mary received a diamond ring and pearl ring as a wedding present from her brothers the Princes Adolphus, Francis and Alexander of Teck; and it was exhibited amongst the other wedding presents at the Imperial Institute and illustrated in The Graphic. [1]

Field describes this ring as being “set with a single pearl and a brilliant-cut diamond and with diamond shoulders”; Field in turn argues that this ring was bequeathed to The Queen upon Queen Mary’s death in 1953. [2]
