Wearing a necklace as a dog collar requires the elements to be positioned differently then a flat lying necklace and it needs a perfect fit. I also understand it has been worn as a tiara at least once so to me it is quite clear we are talking about a very versatile piece of jewellery here and those are more often than not comprised of different elements that can be put together to create different pieces. A picture taken of ' the necklace' does not necessarily mean there aren't more elements in the original box. We simply don't know.
